Property Management Software allows us to proactively manage your property. Our administration team harnesses technology to create an online profile of your property and this allows us to deal with any tenancies or maintenance issues efficiently. It also helps us ensure all regulations and health & safety standards are always up to date.

The team have a fresh approach to Property Management. There are all sorts of parties involved with a property and our approach to managing this is about building great relationships with all involved. The better relationship we have with tenants and contractors, the better return we can get for Landlords. Not only that, work would be no fun without working positively with tenants, contractors and landlords.

Tania de Castro has worked in the business since 2009. Tania has 20 + years experience in the property industry working across the account and property management departments. Tania is extremely organised in managing multiple properties ensuring budgets, insurance, utility contracts, contracted cleaning and everyday maintenance is kept up to date. Your building will be in safe hands with Tania overseeing every aspect.


Property Manager

Sophie manages all the administration involved with our properties. Tenancy agreements, deposits, Section 21 compliance, Gas and EPC Certificates and everything else in-between. Sophie is the daughter of Jeremy who founded the business 1980. Sophie is also responsible for marketing and ensuring our technology is up to date.

Edyta is a solution focused, fast moving practical property manager who takes every issue seriously. Edtya has a fix it attitude whilst always considering if it's quicker and more cost effective to repair or replace it. Edyta has been a property manager for over 7 years and is the newest member of the team.

Great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our independent and fast paced Property Management company. The team deals with various properties including blocks of flats, converted houses of multiple occupation and single unit flats.

Currently, we're looking for an experienced Property Manager who will ideally have minimum 3 years experience single handily managing a portfolio of 100+ properties.

Purpose of Role:
Working as part of an enthusiastic team you will have sole responsibility for a managed portfolio of 120-150 properties. The Property Manager’s main areas of responsibility will include; management of tenancies, management of maintenance issues, tenant check-ins, tenancy check outs and full management of Deposits.
**As such this individual must have a proven track record of property management and have expert knowledge of tenancy related legislation. On a personal level great autonomy is given with this role so this individual must thrive in a busy environment, relish responsibility and the challenges this brings, be thoroughly organised and appreciate the value of customer service.**

Main Duties:
Management Of Tenancies
• Maintaining accurate database of managed properties – Arthur software
• Property inspections and subsequent reports
• Tenancy extensions / renewals / rent increases
• Gas Safety Certificate, DVCR and EICR renewals
• Maintaining landlords general duty of care Issuing of legal notices
• Management of deposits

Management of Maintenance Issues
• Management of day to day maintenance issues
• Management of external contractors
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Tenancy check ins - setting up the property to the tenants request
• Organising inventory

Tenancy Check Outs
• Acknowledgement of notices – Landlord and Tenant
• End of tenancy check outs
• Deposit returns / negotiations / disputes within the tenancy deposit scheme
• Management of cleaning / maintenance work General advice to Landlords of unmanaged properties
Job Type: Full-time
    •    Salary: £24,000.00 to £28,000.00 /year
