BLOCK & BUILDING MANAGEMENT

Taken over new building with 12 units and key issues regarding accounts

  • Took over a new block management with numerous outstanding bills and arrears

  • Clearly planned an annual budget confirming maintenance, health & safety, service charges and cleaning contracts

  • Resolved and settled outstanding payments where required

  • Organised new health & safety plan to get building up to standards

  • Introduce new cleaners to improve cleanliness

  • Developed a positive working relationships with Freeholder and all leaseholders

MAINTENANCE ONLY PACKAGE

4x Luxury 1 bedroom flat - Kensington

  • Tenants report all maintenance issues through their online account

  • Their property manager resolves these issues in a timely and cost effective manner

  • The landlord is aware of the issue and is only contacted if the issue will cost over £250
