Kensington Flats is an established residential property management and lettings company with more than 40 years’ success in the industry. We offer Lettings and Property Management in London. We are also HMO specialists. Behind our success is the understanding that every property houses people, so our mission is two-fold:

We know that property management is not the most glamorous industry. We also know that glamour is not what you require. You need experienced, knowledgeable, solution focused property managers who care about your expectations, your investment and your tenants.
OUR CLIENTS
Our client base includes most property owners and investors: Landlords, Freeholders and Leaseholders for blocks, Letting Agents, Online Agents. Predominantly we work with landlords who own multiple units in a building where we provide full management. However, we also work with single unit owners.
We work primarily with properties in Central, South-West and West London, however we do manage properties further afield too.
The range of properties we manage vary from high end flats to accommodation with shared facilities. This means we're experienced in securing tenants, negotiating deals and understanding the best way to manage moving forwards.
