Rental Management
We advise on the general presentation of the property,find suitable tenants, check references, prepare tenancy inventories and transfer utilities to the tenant. We have a database of contractors covering all aspects for property maintenance. We submit estimates for major work for rentals and long leasehold management and have specialist knowledge of secured tenancies and management of bed-sit houses.
Block Management
We are an ARMA registered business, FSA Regulated and manage around 35 blocks of flats. The principal members of the firm deal with the day to day management of each block. You will not have staff coming and going when you use our services.
Typical of our management are mid Terrace houses split into 7-10 flats, others far larger in size. In many cases lessees have purchased the Freehold and need a managing agent. We assess what is required for each block and in full agreement of lessees prepare an estimated service charge schedule for each financial year. We will plan any major works necessary over an agreed period and deal with all aspects of block management. General building, decoration and maintenance service
We offer to landlords, tenants and the public a general property maintenance service though most of our work covers management portfolio.
Services include:

- Obtaining estimates for repair and decoration of the internal and external common parts
- General decorations and repairs to properties
- The purchasing of furniture, fittings, carpets and curtains
- Housing Act Notices and Landlords Gas safety certificates.
