About us

Kensington Flats has been established for over 25 years, based in South Kensington. The core business covers residential rentals and management and block managements. In addition we have a full building and maintenance service and investment sales.

The office is adjacent to South Kensington Tube Station close to most of our portfolio. We have an emergency 24 hour telephone service, we cover several languages and like to consider that we are up to date on all mandatory and recommended legislation.

Our properties vary from single bed sitters to luxury flats for corporate tenants.

We are members of ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents) and FSA (Financial Services Authority) regulated.

We are constantly recommended through ARMA as suitable agents for block managements.
